Two senior members of the management of emerging digital news platform Fasaha Stream on Thursday joined their colleague, Sada Salisu Rumah (Ɗanwairen Katsina), for an iftar gathering at his residence in Katsina.

Dr. Rumah, who serves as Director of Broadcasts – Field Lead at the platform, hosted the iftar in honour of Ahmed Abdulkadir, the Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of the online newspaper, and Muhammad Abubakar, the organisation’s Director of Broadcasts – News Lead.

The gathering provided an opportunity for the media professionals to strengthen professional ties and reflect on the progress of the platform during the holy month of Ramadan.

Speaking informally during the visit, the participants reaffirmed their commitment to the growth of Fasaha Stream as a credible digital newsroom dedicated to reporting issues affecting Katsina State and northern Nigeria.

Fasaha Stream is a multimedia-driven online publication established by a group of journalists and media practitioners with the aim of delivering credible news, interviews, feature stories and community-focused reporting through digital platforms.

The iftar meeting also highlighted the spirit of camaraderie among members of the platform’s management as they continue working to expand the reach and impact of the publication.
